New fibre installation
光回線の新規 hikari kaisen no shinki
Starting a fibre service where no transferable contract route is used. An area check, building check and possibly construction are required.
The provider checks the exact address, building type and in-building wiring. A detached house commonly needs a technician visit; a pre-wired apartment may qualify for a non-dispatch activation. Rental property can require owner or manager permission.
An application date is not an opening date. Wait for the carrier to confirm the construction slot, whether attendance is required, the construction fee, router delivery and the actual service start. Keep another connection until the fibre works.
